Hi All

The next meeting is titled “Selecting Images for the Central Regional”.

To put things in context. The PSNZ Central Regional is being
held from 29th to 31st October. See the webiste available at
http://www.kcps.org.nz/OneStepCloser/Art.html

In conjunction with the Convention, a Photography Salon is also run.
There are a number of different sections

* Inter Club Print Competition – 6 prints from each Club
* Inter Club Digital Competition – 8 digital images from each Club
* Individual Print Competition (Open/Nature, 2 images per category)
* Indiviudal Digital Competition (Open/Nature, 2 images per category)

Closing date is 1st October

All the details are available at
http://www.kcps.org.nz/OneStepCloser/Salon.html

At our next meeting, we should try and work out what images we are
going to enter as a club for the Inter Club.

So bring digitial versions of images that you would like considered.

As a starter what about using the winning images from the
Wellington Interclub?

Finally, one interesting rule to note is

“Where a club or society has fewer than 40 members, then a maximum of
two members may enter two images in the selection only if it’s
necessary to make up the selection”

Regards
Mark
