Club Meeting – 11 June 2014

Apologies for the short notice this week.

Last meeting was a members’ evening and it was quite inspiring and
rewarding to see the work being produced.

This week, we are going to finish off the talk on Composition – there are
three topics to go and should take half an hour.

  • Composition Techniques
  • It’s All About You
  • Goal Setting

Then I suggest that we take a look at a presentation on Lightroom
explaining the following topics which should also be about half an
hour.

  • Editing Basics
  • Selective Editing Tools
  • Semi-Advanced (but too advanced) Editing Tools

Lastly

Although we can improve our skills by making photographs and taking courses, we can also learn a lot by reading critically acclaimed photographers. One such person is Alfred Stieglitz. See To Hold A Moment: Alfred Stieglitz – Faded + Blurred
